The Washington Christian Academy is a K-12 school in rural Montgomery County, surrounded by forest and nature preserves, creating a private garden of opportunity for its students. The architectural design of the Washington Christian Academy blended both modern and more traditional elements for a timeless look. The combination of precast Gothic arches, which were both structural and architectural, with the cast stone trim and custom medallions created a thoroughly unique and unmistakable design. This project, a Regional and National Design-Build Institute Award winner, was the subject of an article in the Winter 2010 issue of Precast Solutions magazine, and we were lauded by Forrester Construction as a solid performer who makes promises and sticks to them.
